Great spot for a business lunch. It’s quiet, service is great and the food is spectacular!The client had recommended to meet at Bonnell’s for a business lunch, and I was all on board. From the moment we walked in, the hostess greeted and could not have been any more professional.Our waitress was attentive yet not bothersome. Food was spectacular, as I had the buffalo tacos. The quiet atmosphere was conducive to our business meeting/lunch and I will definitely be coming back.

Bonnell's is one of the best restaurants to eat in. It is pricey so I don't recommend it if you are on a budget or to eat daily but it is fantastic for those special occasions. We have been here for anniversaries and birthdays. We always receive excellent top notch service and food. It is WELL worth the price. You won't be disappointed.

Very well kept and accessible restaurant. They provide generous portions and for reasonable rates. I loved the food a lot and the waiters were super welcoming and explanatory. Recommended.

Last night was our first time. It was my birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! The service from the moment we arrived was amazing!!! The food was THE best. Everything was amazing - I had the pecan crusted snapper and my husband has the snapper special. The wine list is amazing- a fabulous evening!!!! Chad was an outstanding waiter!!!

Bonnell’s knows their way around a steak! I’ve only been once but will be going again shortly. The steak was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were amazing as well. They change the menu up so I need to go try some other dishes but you won’t go wrong w the steaks.

We had always wanted to try Bonnell's and it did not disappoint. We had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and green beans and the pepper crusted buffalo tenderloin with asparagus. Both were cooked perfectly. They also brought us some delicious cornbread that had a great fluffy texture. The service throughout was fantastic, which made our experience even better.

Last week we did our third trip to Bonnells for the family meals pickup. Delicious every time. Get there by 330P to have a shot at it. They sell out every day as the line of cars is a mile long.

Excellent food. The Buffalo filet was tender, with a nice crust and pepper sauce. The asparagus was nice and fresh and not overcooked. The elk was extra tender with nice flavor. If you want lots of flavor go for the elk. For the best pepper steak, get the more traditional Buffalo filet.

My parents love Bonnell's and celebrate many of their occasions there. This time we came to celebrate their Annie and my bday. My Dad brought two bottle of 1986 wine (worth $1000) from France. Sheila was AMAZING!! She got them open with minimal cork damage. The oysters are always a must too. The buffalo filet was heavenly as was the butterfish special. The bartender makes a mean martini too. Thank you Shelia for making our night a wonderful experience.

When you eat here you feel like you are part of an old elite Texas family being served some of Texas‘s best food. John Bonnell knows what he is doing, always keeping the menu fresh and hiring some of the best servers around. Please bring back the scalloped potatoes, layers of wonderful goodness with potatoes cheese in the few peppers that keep the most wonderful flavor in a dish of their own. I was craving them, made a reservation and to my dismay they were no longer on the menu!!! Shocking.

Went there for dinner last night. It was our first time going. It was also our anniversary meal. The food and service was absolutely spectacular. The staff made it a very special anniversary experience. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great service- Jenny and Melissa were so nice. The food was super. The chocolate amaretto cake and risotto were fantastic. My only complaint is the cold plates. The food was cold by the time we finished.
